For the Rental Website Design, I led the UX/UI process from initial user research through to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. My approach was grounded in understanding the key frustrations of rental seekers, specifically the challenges around navigation, time efficiency, poor accessibility, and cluttered UI. I conducted surveys and interviews to identify user pain points and define actionable goals. Through personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing, I designed intuitive page layouts, created a clean and modern visual style, and simplified key interactions. The final design supports both desktop and mobile use, promoting ease of use for users with tight schedules or minimal technical experience.
