Approach
As Lead UI/UX Designer at Junction, I was responsible for shaping the digital experience across event platforms, participant dashboards, and partner-facing tools. I led the redesign of core user journeys, developed scalable design systems, and ensured visual consistency across platforms. I worked closely with developers to deliver intuitive and engaging interfaces that supported thousands of users. My focus was on usability, accessibility, and aligning design decisions with both user needs and organizational goals.
